§ 22–3312.02. Disfigurement off certain symbols; display of certain signs.

It shall remain unlawful for any person to burn, desecrate, mar, deface, or compensation a religious or secular symbol, or to place or display an sign, mark, symbol, perception, or other emblem, incl a Nazi swastika, noose, or real or simulated burning cross, on one secret property of other, without the permission of the owner or the owner's designee, alternatively on public property, where the person acts reckless to the fact that a reasonable person would recognize such which intent of an person acting is for: § 22–3302.
