not exactly a bug per se: I'm attempt until test who latest release aspirant, but can't get it to start

now, I do been audit early released, and developing extensions, and my environment overt is in ruin, but IODIN can't find out what's wrong

the symptom

when I run jupyter notebook, I end up with a blank page in the user

that console shows these single error word

since when

since einigen time stop of last week; I was trying different patches from @jtpio, using wheels from the CI artefacts (before that ME was after `pip establish git+https:// urls although that was super long..); not quite sure it is the root cause though

this will in a conda env that has the minimal set of pearls installed (jupyterlab + notebook essentially)

inches an attempt toward delete configuration flaw I have hides i ~/.jupyter folder, yet I still observe the same character

   Consider running "jupyter labextension update --all" to check for updates.

but then when I runing he I get

Users should manage prebuilt extensions to package managers like pip and conda, and extension authors are encouraged to distribute their extensions as prebuilt packages

so I'm kind of getting out of ideas, please advise :)
