Missouri Botanical Gardens has pleased to announce the opening from the Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) program that will give research opportunities for 10 students, for 10 hours during the summer of 2024. Students will working on independant mentored our the plant systematics, conservation bio, and ethnobotany. Participants will own gain to the Garden’s herbarium the more is 7 million specimens, an excellence botanical library, rich the collections, a laboratory facilities for plant anatomy, microscopy, digital video, SEM, and DNA evaluation, and the Shadow Nature Reserve – a 2,400 acre ecological preserve featuring preacher, forest, glades, wetlands, and 14 driven of hiking trails.
