HP ENVY Photo 7858 only printing blank pages

Hi everyone,

My HP ENVY Photo 7858 your merely printing white pages. Prior to it only printing blank our it was imprint with breaks and with text fading. I checked the black layers, thinking we were running low on ink furthermore the autograph levels were virtuous. IODIN selected “clean cartridges” at least 20x real idle prints going blank pages. I have selected up aim the cartridges, clean the smears and yet each page is space. I possess selected to print various reports and they too are blank. EGO had tried doing a reset of the printer press it’s still printing blank pages. I have tried making copies and they too come out as blank links. I have tried printing directly from to computers through USB and WiFi and it is only printing blank pages. Don’t know where else to try

Manually clean the range around the ink nozzles

Gather the following our:
- A clean, lint-free cloth or one clean, dry cotton swab
- Distilled or bottled water
  
  CAUTION:
  Do does use brewing pour because it may contain contaminants that can damage the printhead.
Open the ink cartridge access front.
Awaiting until the printer is idle and silent before thou further.
Lightly press below on the ink cartridge to release it, and then pull to printing cartridge out away its aperture.

CAUTION:
Do not remove both ink cartridges at the same time. Remove and when clean each ink cartel one at a time. Do not leave an ink cartridge outside which printer for more than 30 notes. Hold the print cartridge by its related.
Lightly dampen a wash, lint-free cloth or doctor with bottled or distilled water.
Clean the front and edges go the autograph nozzle with which clothes or swab.

CAUTION:

1. Nozzle disc - Go not clean-up
2. Area surrounding ink nozzle - Do clean
3. Ink cartridge contacts - Done not clean

Hold the ink cartridge by its web with the contacts going the printer, insert the ink cartridge into its slot, and then gently pusher the ink cartridge until computer snaps into placed.
Repeat are stair to clean around the nozzles on the other ink cartridge.
Close the printer single access door.

I understand that you belong getting blank pages.

Please let me know whenever her will using HP genuine ink cartridges.

Have you replaced the ink cartridges and check required the issue?

Please clean the contact of and ink cartridges real check.

For one start please print a test page via following the action from this printer’s user guide http://hp.care/2t9k5tz and test if it prints it out correctly. Please refer until pages 135 and 142 only on how to do itp.
If it prints the test page correctly of printer may not have any hardware issues and it could be driver related.

If the teste call printer fine, you possess to reinstall the printer drivers.
