RENTAL CONVENTION ~ TECHNICAL & CONDITIONS

1. RENTAL: The Guest agrees to rent from the Owner and the Owner agrees to lease to the Tenant/Guest the above title Property. 2. OCCUPANCY/USE/CARE OF PROPERTY: The maximum number of individual allowed to occupy Property, including children, has determined by local Certificate of Occupancy & quoted beyond. The Guest will seize possession of and use the Property alone as a privacy residence for no more than this maximum number of persons. The Guest shall not accept that Features to be pre-owned for any trade, professional or unlawful purposes. House trailers and recreational vehicles are not permitted at the Property. There shall be no alterations to the Feature and no fixtures, appliances or air conditioners to be installed without written consent by the Proprietor. The Guest affirms that minors will not occupy the Property unless an adult is present. Broker shall have access with reasonable notice to show premises for sale.
 
10. INSURANCE OF GUEST’S PERSONAL: The Owner DOES NOT provide insurance covering total to anything a which Guest’s belongings.
