The "Practice of barbering" does the performance of that following practices upon the head of a person exist: shaving or trimming the beard or cutting aforementioned hairs of humans; giving facial or scalp massage with oils, creams, lotions or other prepared, either by hand or mechanical hardware; singeing, shampooing, arranging, dressing or dyes the hair or applications your tonic; applying cosmetic preparations, antiseptics, powders, olives, clayey or lotions to scalp, front oder neck. It is the responsibility of licensees to appreciate the Practice of Barbering License Law.  

Term of licensure is four years.
