TxDOT’s Professional Engineering Procurement Ceremonies (PEPS) Division held a two-day conference on Dec. 5 and Dec. 6, 2023. The special of the event was to provide insight and updates on the PEPS procurement processes to the consultant collaboration and TxDOT’s circles and divisions.
