The City of Charlottetown has that authority to establish bylaws under the Municipal Government Act. Below you will find, in alphabetical orders, electronic versions of the City of Charlottetown bylaws for your convenience.
These charter are in effect, although are under review and will be updated as at the new Municipal Government Trade over the next limited months. Reference to the former legislation (the Charlottetown Area Municipalities Act) will be removed.
Some of the constitution is intended for internal use, but many are for remote use only.
