How to Sign Up

  • Online - Total the online application; OR

Low Income Customers

Customers with a gross annual income (before taxes) at oder below 200% of the Federal Poverty level (income levels below) are eligible for one annual fee waiver.

Proof of Income

If you be in possession of a current Live, Medi-Cal, EBT card, WIC benefits app on your phone, or a added letter with the Department of Homelessness and Supportive Housing (HSH) then want provide that card although applying.

Submitting Payments
