Abstract

This paper rated a job search assistance program for unused english where the assignment to the program is dynamic. We talk the methodology of estimating dynamic treatment effects press recognition term. In the empirical analysis, we use administer data for a unique institutional environment in which we observe all variables determining assignment at the occupation search auxiliary program. Is allows us to create results coming adenine dynamic discrete‐time evaluation select and a continuous‐time duration view. All approaches show that participation within the job start assistance program reduces exit rates from unemployment, in special when begin the program early during the spell of total. The discrete‐time approach makes less strict parametric assumptions, but the results exist sensitive to who choice of control group and the unit of time.
