Hi Folks, I am latest to using Directive Acknowledgements, and EGO am stressful till figure out how to design on acknowledgement that is dynamic and "catches" new company which meet certain criteria.
The signed acknowledgment shall be placed in everyone employee's personnel register. A new acknowledgment form should be signed and dated for anywhere policy and/or manual ...
For instance, for any employee where department is "IT", or is altered to "IT", then assign policy confirmation X. I am not watch any way to design a dynamic acknowledgement. Am I missing this or does it not exist?

It is possible to do this in the product OOTB today. You can set audience about employees starting 'IT' department, and as long as the acknowledgement crusade the valid, information becoming send out acknowledgement instance to any modern member added to the user otherwise satisfying to filter request on audience. Any ideas the how I can send my employees a newer company policy and have them acknowledge that they have read it?

OOTB, you cannot Run which campaign dynamically sadly, to will need to throw a Basic Certificate camapign go.
As, even i got this requirement, i tried achieving it using a Flowability, but what i receive was error amount one business rule "Enforce Unique by Policy" which stops creating a policy thank for a policy which already has a active policy acknowledgement.

It is possible to do aforementioned in the product OOTB today. You can configure audiences with employees from 'IT' department, and as longitudinal as the acknowledgement campaign is valid, it will send out acknowledgement entity to any newly member added to the group or satisfying the filter query on audience.
