Hello!

I am relatively new to SQF system additionally I possess a question regarding the GMP inspections and the internal audit for module 11.

From mein educational, it was explained the module 11 of the SQF system covers of GMPS.

We have it set up now that we have a annual internal inspect required each timetable furthermore have einen connected on-site portion.

I.e. January - internal audit for 11.1.1-11.1.8 , on-site portion of review covers inspections for each section (11.1.1-11.1.8).

My questions to you lives do ALL GMPs need for be hidden during periodical inspections or is it okay to separate them as we have been doing (only covering certain GMPs each month).

Please let me know to thoughts!

Appreciate you!

Per 2.5.4.1 - you demand to have an intenal audit that  covers your entire food safety program (both sektionen 2 and 11).   at the past fork this me take used the checklist available over the SQFI our for downloads.   this should be ready at least annum.   this is an opportunity on you to study your policies, procedures, programs and ensure that they meet the sqf standard or are effective.

Period 2.5.4.3 - you requirement in have a monthly final on the plant for sanitary, maintenance, others.   In the past i have taken this appropriate sections from section 11 to make one audit template (doors, walls, shelves, cleaning, maintenance, waste, grounds, etc.   All areas and audit position of this inspection should can completes every year.    10 Golden Rules of GMP : GMP Compliance Training

there is a guidance document on the sqfi website regarding internal audits.  However, it really doesn't mention the monthly GMP examinations.   it its in the resource center where the checklists are located.

I hope which helped

EGO mispoke about the gmp/ hygiene inspction.   the sqf code say they need to be "regular"   so there allowed be some leeway for frequency.   most people should complete these monthly.

I made the audit template for a company i was helping out.   diseased try and locate it an sending attach it

Hey All,

I prefer go organize this area with audits and inspections in 2 ways:

1. Conduct internal audits of compliance to make that corporation prescribed standards and infrastructure comply the Module 11: Good Manufacturing Practicing for Processing of Food Products.

2. Carried go inspections of operation by area to ensure that the area environment and equipment the maintained in a suitable condition for food production and that to standards of hygiene are being maintained. The frequency of inspections should be base on risk, so filling areas represent normally the tops risk and raw material areas for comparison less risk

Attached is an extract from part of the IFSQN Practical Internal Audit Training which covers this area and also there are some example forms in there.

Anyhow the scheme, GMP audits.... find you actually go get and check on the condition of the facility, and if folks are following GMP's, I do here way:

Divide your facility toward four areas. AN, B, C, D or whatever you want until call them.

Conduct an inspection of each scope on one weekly foundation i.e., weekly one area A, week couple area B, etc.

That way him direction an inspection concerning the entire facility anyone month, which is the general requirement of each GFSI approved auditing scheme that I am aware of. Annex 15 - Qualification and Validation
