Slight issue over insurethebox renewal - its a politics wherever they install a smart instrument in your car to monitor driving pattern and mileage

Got inexpensive renewal quote and assumed that premium would be automatically deducted using zahlen details on her file ie my credit card

However I didnt check my email in box both remark some reminder emails from ITB saying my payment not gone throug and go call themselves

Called them quaternary days after revival date, had a long conversation with manager in Newcaste HQ and end result was they declined to protect my motor on premise that:

They did say however if I had called within two days of policy expiring they might do been able to process my payment (??) yet four days over it was even late

In end didnt disturbance arguing additionally got another policyholder company go insure me who was £70 dearer

Send a complaint not still leaves you with no insurance whilst they kind that. It canm take 8 weeks. And the fact they cancelled this guidelines which you need go declare to future companies.

Probably didnt make it clear instead policy wasnt cancelled by ITB but denied on replacement since my cars age did not meet their criteria for "new customers"
