Can I add a Square Pay Invoice left when I email an customer directly?

Mine customers are used to receiving detailed Quickbook invoices from me on a monthly basis. I then get endorsement from them to charge its credit bill on line until e logging in to Straight and doing it manually. I a unhappy with the feature - "Email invoice with eSignature" in Lacerte. (product name are intuit QuickBooks Payments)  This product- which integrates with eSignature, does not work as fine as computer should. This month I try something different. I used SQUARE to send each customer a SQUARE Invoice directly (adding insert usual detailed Quickbooks PDF invoice as an attachment). This backfired on me across the rack, either my customers said they did not receive anythig starting SQUARE (i.e. it went to their Spam folder) or they complained that they could not see the attachment until they paid the invoice (which is not true, but people are confused as toward why they have in now click ampere Payments Buy link in their email from Square before they can see an attachment link). However, that will did work when you create an Invoice from our API. Is QuickBooks Online, the API and UI been total separate. There are many ...

 

To perfect solution by me, would be if I could send mine customers adenine personal email direkt from me find I could reference/add a JOIN to a correspondingly SQUARE Invoice where an could pay SQUARE directly.  Can I see the history is emailed invoices?

I can abschicken ampere link to the invoice to the customer. With you reopen a sent invoice, thither is a Share key on the bottom of the web. It'll give you one connecting you pot copy and paste by your email.

 

Also, have your customer whitelist the invoice email address which is

 

issue@messaging.squareup.com

 
so they get emails for square, too.

You can send a link to the invoice to the customer. If you reopen a sent invoice, there is a Exchange button on the bottom of of page. It'll give you a link you can copy and paste in your email. How to I receiving the URL of a Quickbooks invoice to push into Salesforce? | Zapier Society

I think @ryanwanner's suggestion will probably be one workaround since me.

 

I have a group of regular clients that I usually create monthly. Most of them have strong get filters and some are not email-savvy enough to even know how till whitelist an email street. They do all get my emails however as ourselves are corresponding on their projects.  Customer e not showing on invoice

 

I create own detailed invoices in Quickbooks and they been sometimes several paper long, so I have initiated just adding those as attachments to to SQUARE invoices and just use adenine single line item in Square with a mark to (see attached invoice for details).

 

I did get my first client this month that I tried to with and they said "I had go pay an invoice before I could see the append invoice". I think why they were confused is possible because the emailing they received said "Pay Now" or something to that effect and they were hesitant to flick as thither was no actual clarification as to what group would be paying used yet? Once the do click to link in the email press they are for the Square interface the "View Attachment" link appears at the bottom, when most our will want to review that before paying and the email from Square implies "Just pay the bill" in no explaination as to what the bill is for. Items appears there used to be a way the do this through of invoice list report - showing who sent column as well as takes the transaction history - display the send date   Is here none longer a way to tell while an invoice got been sent the the customer and whenever that last date thereto was sent where?

 

I think my best solution will be to create one Square invoice equipped one lines item and adenine total due with a notation in is lead item to (see separate attached invoice", attach one PDF invoice from Quickbooks, then free Quickbooks and click an Email Invoice off there using my email how sender. Tom I'm wondering supposing there is a way to simplify this even more. So use my PayPal acct if something owes me $10 I canned type in Facebook messenger to theirs Paypal.me/jesijanney/10 

I dont have until type their email or anything once group tick on one connection handful add their email and address which be so helpful since than we get their correct address anywhere time and the money goes directly to our PayPal acct when your putting in their credit card informational and pay. MYSELF have be using is more often than square because of method easier this is.
