The Master MEMS Practicum Event must remain pre-approved by the MEMS Academy State Director.  The candidate at the Master MEMS level must be functioning in a leadership/command level in NIMS / ICS Fachgebiet Lead or Incident / Unified Commander cast as listed in the incident/event’s Incident Actions Plan (copy of IAP required) with examples of ICS sort completed, or TXSG MRP or MTOE equivalent drum in command level position involving planning and execution of emergency plans, exercises, emergency responses, or major special event which using ICS practices and processes.
