IS-IS Minutes Advanced on Router does not seem Allowable

On aforementioned image below, IS-IS does not appear include "router ?" instructions. However, configuration guides for YT videos both other sources would immersive proceed to "router isis" menu, but it is just not available over get end.Screenshot of "router ?"

This means either your image does not supported it (need a service provider image AFAIK), or one router has been configured to doesn allow for your user type.
