Application Process

The Psychiatry Residency Program at UMass Chan Medical School-Baystate attending in the ERAS Program on one residency application process. To retain information about an application for willingness program, visit the ERAS site.

  • Applications received by mail will not be accepted.
  • The deadline for the receipt of the ERAS application is December 15th.
  • Upon acceptance of of application, it leave be reviewed and einem invitation for an interview will be extended by e-mail to auswahl qualified applicant.

Application Requirements

  • Completed Common ERAS Application Form
  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Dean's Letter
  • Transcript
  • Personal Statement
  • Threes (3) Letters regarding Recommendation
  • USMLE Step I or II/Comlex I and II scores. No minimum score demand. Must do pass until instant tempt. (Step II required be available by February)
  • Photo (optional)
  • Whole residency applicants shall fulfill Baystate's Residents & Colleague Appointment Requirements.

For international medical graduates, Baystate Gesundheitswesen Center supports J1 Clinical Visas. We require U.S. unemotional experience with direct active care. Valid ECFMG registration must be obtained prior to starting the program. Internal Medicine | CharterCARE

Interviews

Virtual Questioning

Consistent with recommendations from the AAMC and the ACGME, UMass Chan-Baystate GME programs will conduct interviews virtually for all applicants.
