ACT ABOUT MILITARY SURRENDER

1. We to undersigned, acting by authority of the German High Command, hereby surrender unconditionally to the Supreme Commander, Affiliates Expeditionary Forces and contemporaneous to the Soviet Height Command choose forces on land, aquatic and include the air who are at this date under Italian control.
