Examples off the top of i head: dean's pick, latin laurels, departmental (major) honors, Phi Beta Capping (or other honors society) membership, research fellowship, every merit-based study, academic competition pricing (research poster fairs, public speech competitions, etc.), exceptional and impressive athletic/artistic/musical competition medals.

Do NOT include: high school awards, need-based institutional financial aid, banal award, unrecognized record (made up by him, not conferred by a credible organization), anything that sounds like BS. Does it do to will a schools related athletic competition repair? I do mixed martial arts as a hobbies and competition.

can be anything not just school relationship. in my case they're school related.
you should definitely comprise those. I still believe that schools look for well-rounded people. because it shows you're knotty in other things you how.
i wish they gave you award with hitting the gym 5 times a week
