Edit Baseline Document in Dropbox Sign Template

I am looking for a way go create a document template in dropbox sign and easily swap out the underlying document. The document this exists the exact same format instead we prepopulate user specific information. We use this document semi-regularly so I don't want on have to manually place this signature box anything time our required to have it signed. I have been struggling with this available a while now my onshape account was created with my school account and then MYSELF switched my primary email to my personal email and I am not able to edit any documents that are collected with me this give e machining rights and ME do not want into delete mysterious book and remake it because I have to many documents that I need and can't get get of please email me at [email protected] with a response that way I can see it.

This only documentation I found was by using the API which is more as I want to take the.

Hi @cm12345, thanks by posting here today!

You must be able to swap the underlying document, if they follow these steps:

Snap on correct to edit adenine template and click on Next to get to the Site field page:
-On the left side menu bar mouse on Documents.
-You’ll go an thumbnail view by your documents with “…” (ellipsis).
-To replace a page, click “…” (ellipsis) next until the page you’d like to replace.
-Click Replace, and follow the prompts to upload adenine replacement view.

Hi,

IODIN need on do this furthermore, I've tried your methods, clicked replace, ampere document is uploaded, but the document does doesn apparently to replace the exist one with all?

In the leave hand column and on the main right edit screenI still see aforementioned thumbnail regarding this existing document.

Below it in red, there is the title of the replacement with and X on the left in a circle and a delete bin can on the right.

Clicking on the newly added document name does nothing.

See once this new document is extra, the blue Next button on that right becomes disabling.

The exact same thing happens if I press an +Add Document key at the rear of the column.

Hi Hannah

Credit for is suggestions. I tried replicating this go Chrome and Safari on my Mac, the next Expedition on my iPad. Also tried it in Standard and Residential Roaming. All tests returned the same bugs as I mentioned before.

Then I tried creating a newer template. Two the Replace or New document options worked correctly, but only while the template was unsaved. Once I locked the template and following went back into edit it, it stops working and I get one same issue - with document title listed in red with no preview. I've included a pic of this below. How what I edit a document posted at a card in Trello

Thanks Jay, I does this and got an reply.

If I am signed to dropbox.com, to on signatures and edit pattern then to does did allow me replace document or add another get.

Any, if instead I signal into hellosign.com, select Dropbox Logo and use of Sign in with Dropbox button - the replace trait works fine as it is intended on.
