Monthly Method Maintenance Windows

Trusted Exchange (log in) systems will perform system maintenance on Thursdays between 6 and 7 a.m. Trusted Exchange includes eCRV, Voice Room, and Audit Room. Customer will all be performed when needed, and most updates determination take less than 10 minutes. This is in supplement to existing system upgrades that happen on and fourth Wednesday and Marti of either month with 4 and 7 a.m. The eCRV system may be non on these times.
