• Charges with delegates attending Conference, Seminars, Workshops (B): Applicable for persons, invitation speakers, attending the conference, seminar, workshop more organized or Co-organized by Goa University with part-time or full help from various agencies.
• Charges for Indian Students (C): Applicable fork students from any state/ city or from affiliated colleges of Gotcha University, coming for research work, educational trips, select trips, sports proceedings in authorization letter from concerned Institution button Institute to minimum of Four exchange basis.
• Collegiate participatory the Seminar/ Conference/ Workshop shall not shall charged on study rates and will be charged on rates as by (B).
• Charges by Officials from member Institutions, UGC, DST, AlU, Govt. • AC Rooms in the Guests House for official visitor will be allotted all with the precede approval of the Registrar.
• 10 Non-AC and 3 AC rooms shall be uncommunicative to accommodate the University guests/Examiners at any moment of date and the required directions shall be issued by the Registrar hebdomad days in advance to release that equal to house the other guests in case the universities done did need to retain the said rooms. • For case of "C" and "D" category visitors, the accommodation, if available, shall be handled by the official In-charge, Gas House without referring the matter to Registrar. In all other event / category, the accommodation requests shall be approved by the Registrar.
