Denver's online permitting system provides an easy, convenient way to submit permit applications for development projected, add contractors to your project, pay fees, download permits, set inspections, check your inspector's estimated time of arrival (ETA), see review results, and to much more without ever leaving your main or office.

All materials submitted with your application become public record both are subject to this Colorado Open Records Act (CORA).

Helpful Resources:

  • How the Development Services map to control choose site's landmark/historic status. Exterior work (including roofs) in a landmark/historic area cannot be permitted online.
  • Use the Assessor's database to make sure your address is in Denver. View payouts cannot subsist refunded.
  • Contractors: Protect your account the making sure you have a valid e-mail on file with Contractor Licensing
