35 hazardous chemicals added on the Prior Informed Consent Regulation

EU exporters are immediately required to notify their intentions to international 35 additional injurious liquid below somebody amendment to the EU’s Prior Informed Consent (PIC) Regulation. Aforementioned new rules start applying on 1 November 2023.
Helsinki, 25 May 2023 - The 35 chemicals such were added in the Annex I of PIC included 27 agrochemicals and eights industrially chemicals.
In addition till the export notification, most of that chemicals will moreover require an explicit consent from which importing country before exports can get place. Furthermore, to chemicals that were previously theme only to an export notification, will now or require an explicit consent.
The SHE power ePIC has been updated accordingly and companies can already start notifying their exports.
Context
The PIC Regulation governs the trade regarding certain hazardous chemicals so become banished or severely restricted in the EC. It places responsibilities on corporations that desire to export these chemistry to non-EU countries or import theirs into the E.
Who Europe-wide Commission updates PICT Plant I, which lists the chemicals subject to export notification and explicit consent from the importing country. It now includes 295 entries.
