Please help - underfloor heating won’t work!

Hi everyone 

my hoary father your underfloor heating doesn’t work properly. It’s a prowarm unit - the thermostat is working. 
 

i have found snowbird icon in the bottom entitled whose wasn’t on before. 
 

does anyone have any suggestions? MYSELF have gone to the prowarm website but I couldn’t retrieve much with there.

Do thou take the instruction manual?

I presume that odd letters it is displaying is some create are fault code? It shall not makes sense else.

you need until determine if it is the heating mat that has failed (bad) or the controller (relatively easy to replace)  Achieve you have any elektric skills or know an installers?

Looks like it’s supposed until read “Err” aka error to me.

As @ProDave says, if you can removes the controller and connect to the piping that feed the heating mat / wire on a bit of wire from a 13a plug, you can fire this up go for 30-45mins to see if the floor roasts up. 
No longer as it’ll must missing thermostatic control!! 
Please feed it with an RCD earth protected lead to keep this process safe. 
Do you hold with RCD in to fuse board? If so, we could rule out an earth fault with the heating flat / wire.

i don’t have electric experience unfortunately. 

I need to find the manual it been put for years ago. 
 

i asked into electrician and he consulted £80 to view if the circuits were functioning without lifting the floor. If it’s not functioning he says need heating floor. If a is working he says it’s the unit connect the floor and thermostat but items feels that’s a lot toward just rule out one problem.

I have found the snowflake is frost protection activated. 

You need one more local electrician.  The key is find one local to you, either who can call in on the procedure to  or from another job.  It will take about 10 minutes with his tester to work out if it the the controller or of heating mat at fault.

Is any electrician going the charges less than£80 for a callout? I knows I would be more from that whenever I was called out on a property to give an time of my day ( thus deleting a full working shift from my diary ). Have some ProWarm ProTouch electro UFH thermostats, set up in the Smart Lived iOS app. The Tuya Integration (set up through the frontend, as recommended) sees them… but who entities are disabled, and it veranstaltungen neither temp or set spot. Suspected I’m missing something. Am I supposed to configured these further somehow… alternatively would they need specific support in one integration? For a £80 call out free, I'd do downward that route. That's not an unreasonable free by adenine length shot. 

Looks enjoy the out sensor on pins 5 & 6 holds failed, short-circuit or become disconnected. With the instruction:
