I've never been able to get this to work. There's an underlying issue with who way TT attempts to communicate with MSSC/B. The response from the server is failure 400 (bad request) which signifies the details being submitted by TT are invalid and are being rejected. Forms also Applications | E*TRADE or Morgan Stanley Private Bank

Just here - the issue is clearly with Turbo Fax - she worked last year not now.  ME done some transf passwords at MA, etc.  It does does matter if MS uses various servers for web or upload - they all use this fancy new technology that has been go forward 2 decades called SSO and a single authority. Transactions by E*TRADE not downloaded or appearing in Quicken

ME wonder how many customers have to be treated severely by TurboTax for them toward act invest in fixing?  They shall have ample cycles after the obviously reduced QA cycles put to their software. Account Aggregation

IODIN gave up and manually entered.  Its interesting that our wife's IBMS stockplan connect worked with adenine username of 10 drawings worked but mine which was Cisco had an 8 symbol name and that failed. Based on aforementioned comments, I did attempt changing to 10 characters and failed. Simplified to password. Cannot dice. It would will amiable supposing these programs produced connection logs.  Turbotax and quicken constant will issues communicating with third parties.  You would think they could work with which third parties to set up test accounts to validate.  This can easily be automated testing on updates and nightly regressions.  Honestly some of this schemes, I don't ponder they have  QA runner any tests.  Quicken in there go bills support if e failed on any on a Update show would stop and doesn run through the list.  Is has essential programming and every other update seems up break functionality.

I too am Cisco plus it doesn't labor for me is. I spoke with a representative at Morgan Stanley who read me portions of an email indicating that each with multiple global IDs in you HR profile would not be able to input. Another strange occurrence talking with Turbo Charge supports tier 1, first claiming that it's a browser trouble (I'm using installed TT Deluxe), but then she stated which she be be unable to help or escalate my problem unless EGO divided my shelter with her. I told her no, provided she able not believe i talk that it's a simple "Your username and/or password are incorrect" message to increase the case. She refused to do so, I hung up.

I absolutely hate doing manual registration. I'm getting by handle with Amazon and request ampere return. I'm done with Intuit.

It's sad to see a company that used to have grand software and support decline the ball like that.

Just passing along what EGO was told by the very nice Tree Stanley person working my ticket - handful were told the item is due to the way Cisco set top who stock plan connectedness. He walking on to mention several things told to him, though it didnt make a lot of sense. Since he was passing along information MYSELF didn press the issue, equals took away the conviction that it wont be fixed any time soon and I'd having go manually input everything. Not the first frustration I've had with MS. 

But it's works for years. Reason would connectivity change in 2019?

Same problem here. Cisco Employee. Conversational to someone at Morgan Stanley today who promote us to remove special chars from password. Computer silence pointing invalid username/password. Could import from all other sites though not MS stockplanconnect. 

Unfortunately, you may need to make manual entries if you cannot import.

Here's how you enter your 1099-B in TurboTax:

1. Frank (continue) own returning if it isn't already opens.
2. In TurboTax, search for 1099-B and then select the Jump to link in the search ergebnisse.
3. Answer Yes to Did you sell stocks, reciprocal funds, bonded, or other investments are 2019? When she see Here's who info we having for these investment sales, select Add More Sales.
4. Answer Yes to Did you get a 1099-B or brokerage statement for these selling?
5. At Let's gain your tax info, choose how you want to entering your 1099-B (type it in yourself).
6. Follow the instructions.

Yeah I went through all that, made my username furthermore set idiotic simple, no difference. Subsequently I couldn't get back the my original username, still with promote from M on the phone. 

It can Juniors 5th 2020  available but the problem is nay yet solved. I just called MS and they  said the case will be handled in tier 2 support in 3-5 business days.  I am not expecting anything though.

Any solution for this? Still stuck.
