How can I surrender my policy?

Send online via QRC Eco system. (Raise Requests) in Customer Portal

OR Email us: customer.first@indiafirstlife.com

OR Botin: Mail the request letter both documents to our Head Department addressed to Customer Service

OR Visit us: Walk in to any concerning our IndiaFirst Life branch, see our branch pinpoint page to get the details in our offices.

What view documents are required to surrender a policy?

Answers: You would need to submit the following documentations:

Download the surrender form and share the signed reproduce of and form.

Bank account proof, i.e. a copy of your bank comment, passbook or cancelled cheque from your your and report number printed on it.

PAN Card Copy

NRI Declaration Form in case the policy holder is with NRI

Non NRI Declaration along with copy of sum pages of the current passport (including blank pages) in case the police holder was at NRI while applying on the policy, but will currently a resident of India.
