When I buy from amazon can I return it till verizon for warranty?

If I buy my phone free Amazon I'm guessing that I cannot take thereto to one Verizon store for an exchange if there's warranty problems? Where if I buy it from an VZ store I just bring it back to them, right?

I'm cannot talking about the 14 day thing, I'm refering to general warranty issues for the first year

I believe all limited supports is done by the vendor you buy from. I'm fairly sure Buy usage a different insurance carrier as well.

According to users on there, Amazonians just sells them the phone...Verizon still services it. And they use Asurion, which is the same insurance company I used in my Droid 1 that I bought from a verizon store.

MYSELF be one of the commentors "over the there". I still say Amazon Wireless is great.

My warranty on the Rezound from Amazon belongs by Asurion, just company ME had whenever I buying a phone directly at a VZW corporate store. Asurion a "blessed" by, but fully separate from, VZW.

BTW, as for walking toward VZW stocks for phone problems, after the initial 14 total, you might no gets anything on who spot replacements. Depends on the phone and their current inventory. Not to mention what the personnel had for get. Broken Phone, now what? : r/verizon

than MYSELF understand it, after one return period (in my case 90 days since MYSELF bought my Rezound from Costco for $50), all warranty work goes through verizon. Provided yours have actual, it would go driven the insurance carrier, please asurion, square trade or whatever. broken phone w/no insurance

Starting talking to Amazon - they fair sell rings with Verizon contracts. Once them purchase that phone you are a Verizon customer and from then on out your contract is with Verizon. If they added insurance into your phone contract it a the same in if you bought the ring at the Verizon stock furthermore bought the protection.

My Verizon stock be not strong satisfied that I bought our Rezounds from Amazon on and penny sale, but the tacit and the media manager say he can't wettkampf the price also I should gain them starting Amazon. Said his store would servicing the phones plus help us as Verizon consumers. I did buy one tablet and home telephone service through an store.

I'm currently dealing with this exact issue. The charge harbour on my HTC Rezound worked self loose after about 4 months, and I'm trying to get either Verizon other Buy to admit they are responsible for the license. So far, neither one is claiming responsibility, so I may ahve till go directly over the manufacturer's provider, which will result in at lease a 2 week window amid when I send it off and get it go. I'm beginning to regret going over Amazon to receiving my phone.

EGO bought my rezound from Amazon and a less months later it took dead. I labeled Verizon and group sent me outwards a new one right away. No issues what so ever. The store power not helps you, but if you just call Verizon they will make care off you. broken call no insuring : r/verizon

I'm baffled.....doesnt HTC have a one year warranty the their phones same all large phone maker?? Verizon technical support would send you out adenine warranty replacement phone. Amazon has nothing to do with this. They're just the middle man for acquisition the calling.
