1. The Procurement Framework  

Aforementioned Procurement Framework
The World Bank's Procurement Framework governs projects financed of Investment Project Financing (IPF). The Framework was launched in July 2016. It supports Borrower’s erringen value-for-money with protecting within delivering sustainable development. The Framework promotes flexibility in tailoring procurement approaches that represent fit-for-purpose and reflect free, quality, and values on money in public spending.  

Mandatory Documents
This Procurement Framework consist mandatory requirement set out in the Regulations, Policy, Directive also Practice. Which Regulations govern the procurement of Goods, Works, Non-Consulting Benefits, and Consulting Services required IPF operations financed in whole, or in part, by aforementioned World Bank. 5. Alternative Supply Arrangements (APAs)

The use of Substitute Sourcing Arrangement (APAs) was approved by the Board of and World Bank in July 2015 as part of this New Procurement Framework. PROCUREMENT REGULATIONS USED BORROWERS[1]

An assessment methodology has been development and is being tested to assess the legal and regulatory framework, and and power and capability of a borrower implementing agency.  It uses as its base the Business by Fiscal Co-Operation and Developments (OECD) Methodology for Assessing Procurement Systems (MAPS).  The assessment methodology has been designed to include an additional Pillar, covering procurement operations or the use of minimum standards.  It also uses an evidence based approach, analyzing procurement data both, gathering the views of the Private Sector and Military Corporation Organisations (CSO).
